Fermin’s Coppa Serrana is made from the collar of the authentic Spanish pigs. The higher quality animal and longer curing process ensures a uniquely complex taste and texture. Meanwhile their all-natural diet results in an intense and beautifully marbled meat. Marinaded with Extra Virgin Olive Oil pimenton garlic and sea salt for 5 days and then we air-cure it for around 4 months. Four (4) 1.7 lb. average units per case. Shelf life: 14 months
